Peter did my inspection and was very thorough in the job that he did. He walked me through the whole inspection telling me exactly what it was he was looking for and also explained to me the purpose of any tools/technology he used. At the end of the inspection Peter went over any concerns that he found as well as good things he found, and provided me with the detailed computer copy just a couple hours later (I was impressed with how quickly this was received because it was very thorough!). I will definitely recommend Buyer Aware to any friends or family needing a home inspection.

Peter conducted my inspection, he was thorough and detailed in his work. During the inspection i asked multiple questions about possible concerns and he went through those areas with a fine tooth comb. Having an inspection done won’t only ease your mind before making a big purchase but having it done by quality and qualified professionals will ensure your money is not going to waste. Do yourself a favour and do it right the first time. I will forever recommend this company to friends and family.
